Alltaf til staðar fyrir veiðimenn www.n1.is ENGLISH Haugatjarnir is located in Skriðdalur, on the Eastern part of Iceland. Distance from Reykjavík is 650 km, and 35 km from Egilsstaðir. The Haugatjarnir is comprised of two large ponds, packed with brown trout, and has an easy access route. No organized campsite is available, one may however camp wherever possible, with the consent and advice of the landowners. There is an equal prospect of catching fish throughout the fishing season from 1st May to 30th September.
